Born in 1993 in the United States, Aurélien Nobécourt-Arras lives and works in Paris.

Following his bachelor’s degree at Parsons School of Design in New York in 2015, he began assisting photographers, going on to work with the most respected and talented artists in fashion and still life. For nearly a decade, he developed extensive knowledge, experience and skill in the photographic practice. 

He has maintained his own practice throughout, specializing in still life and landscape work. He pays particular attention to the mess made of things left behind and the stillness of spaces left empty. 

He also holds a master’s degree in Gender Studies from Paris 8 University.
